Lodgement Gap Cover

Stewart Title Limited is proud of its strategic partnerships with Property Exchange Australia Limited (PEXA) and Sympli Australia Pty Ltd (Sympli) to underwrite the lodgement gap cover in relation to conveyancing transactions conducted on these platforms. Coverage is provided for ‘intervening’ instruments or notices lodged by a third party during the “lodgement period” which have the effect of preventing the registration of the customer’s land title dealing or taking priority over the customer’s land title dealing once registered.
